Real time recording of all hours worked:
- We track hours of service in real-time – as it happens!
- All employees (including our salaried staff) clock in – out using a telephone to verify their attendance at your location.
- Caller-ID verifies our employee is onsite at a customer account.
- Hours of work are reported as soon as each shift ends.
- Our office can track any variance to schedule / budget daily.

Automatic no-show alerts:
- We guarantee a higher level of service by using a computerized automatic no show alert system. If an employee(s) does not show up by a specified time, our computer system notifies a manager. Whether your office is 10 or 100 miles away our computer systems provide that extra level of supervision that makes all the difference to our clients.
We check attendance at jobs all of the time:
- Our managers can check attendance at any location, any time.
- Time and attendance records are captured as employees clock-in and out of your location. Our managers can retrieve attendance records in real-time from a computer or their cell phone.

- Integrated voice messaging allows our managers to leave employees individual messages regarding customer concerns, extra customer service requests or any other issue.
