"Total Care" Plan

The “Total Care” plan is a proactive approach to building maintenance. By incorporating all required services into one agreement, we are able to take control of the appearance of a facility without having to request approval or “jump through any hoops” to provide a special service like carpet cleaning or refinishing a floor.

The traditional protocol for providing special services usually requires an approval process that can take weeks, months or more, which can compromise the appearance of the facility. By choosing the “Total Care” plan, you allow us to do our job more effectively and serve your organization better.

What is the Total Care Plan?

• The Total Care Plan is the combination of all your facility maintenance needs into one fixed monthly payment.
• Your program can include a regular janitorial service schedule, a carpet cleaning maintenance program, a tile floor maintenance program and any other special services that you require
• You choose the frequency of service(s) that you wish to purchase on an annual basis and we’ll incorporate them into your service agreement.
• All services will be discounted and lumped into one easy monthly installment
• The Total Care Plan helps you to keep your building maintenance costs constant each month. When we clean the carpet or strip and refinish a floor, an additional charge will not be applied to your next monthly invoice.
