the client to be very happy with the job that they deliver on every visit.
Our team cleaning system works for you! We run efficient "Cleaning
Teams" to professionally clean your home. Our teams are typically made up of four members. The members are as follows:
Team Leader:
This member acts as a Manager and is responsible for quality control
and directing the team in the cleaning of each home. The leader cleans
with the crew, but also inspects each home after completion before the
team is permitted to move on to the next house. The Team Leader ensures
that our quality standards are met and helps to ensure that our performance
is consistent. Even if other team members are sick or move on to a new
career the Leader is still able to provide the same level of service
that you are used to receiving.
Assistant Team Leader:
This member acts as an Assistant Manager and is able to help the Team
Leader manage the crew, as well as, fill in for the Team Leader when
he/she is sick or on vacation. This member allows us to provide continuous,
year-round uninterrupted service to our clients.
Team Members:
These members are trained in specific areas of cleaning, such as Bathrooms,
Kitchens, Vacuuming and Dusting. All members rotate their jobs regularly
to reinforce their competencies in each area of cleaning.

Your safety is our number one priority. We have developed many systems
to maintain the highest level of security for our clients. The following
are just a few examples of our commitment to your protection.
Key Control
When you provide us with a key to your home it is immediately
labeled with a “Secret Code” that only our office can cross-reference.
Each day of service the team is provided with a Work Order and a key
for your home. The key is then matched to the work order. At the end
of each day all work orders are destroyed and all keys are returned to
a secure key safe.
Alarm Code Control
If you choose to provide us with an alarm code to
access your home, we will enter it into our system so that it will appear
on work orders in a “disguised” format. Our computer software
is designed to print alarm codes in an “unlabeled” format
so that they look like a part of a completely unrelated section of our
work orders.
Employee Screening: Prior to hiring employees we perform all necessary
criminal background searches to ensure that your home will be in good
hands while you are not there. We interview many applicants prior to
selecting our staff so that we are able to “weed out” any
applicants that may not be able to provide the level of service and/or
security that we pride ourselves in delivering.
Chemical Safety: We select the best cleaning products available to safely
and effectively clean your home. As with any cleaning chemical, there
are important safety precautions that must be followed. We train our
employees to properly use all chemicals and equipment for their safety
and for each client safety as well. We keep copies of all Material Safety
Data Sheets (MSDS) in every vehicle for easy reference by our cleaning
teams.
